Confirmation

Written or email confirmation will be sent to you once your registration form is received. Please allow one week for receipt of the confirmation letter.

Substitutions: If a registrant is unable to attend, substitutions are welcome and can be made at any time.

Refunds: refund requests that received at least three weeks prior to the date of the course will receive a full refund less a £200 processing fee. After that time, no refunds will be made.

Postponement or Cancellation of a Course

CATD reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course due to acts of God, war, government regulation, terrorism, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or any other reason or emergency beyond CATD's control. Confirmed registrants will be advised via e-mail or phone call of any such postponement or cancellation. Registrants could chose to transfer the registration fee to another CATD course or request a full refund. A full refund will be issued within two months following the receipt of the request for refund. CATD is not responsible for refunding travel expenses incurred by a registrant due to such postponement or cancellation.
